    Provide customers with the documentation they need as soon as the job is finished. We are in the business of solving problems for our clients, not creating them.  Safety of our personnel and our clients’ will be paramount in our strategies; protection of our clients’ equipment our standard of operation.

    Slogans and mission statements are important, but to have success they must be backed up with actions.  We will accomplish our mission by having our mobile operations center operating from your facility.  The mobile operations center has all equipment, fittings and tools necessary to accomplish any job. We also have chemical cleaning circulation and injection skids with sanitary pumps, control valves and flowmeters. A computer and printer are also there with a competent supervisor. That way the report will be generated on site the very same day.

We can also work with your engineering staff to recommend and develop chemical cleaning techniques for your particular situation using traditional or new techniques..

You should know that you should receive a full documentation package that reports each day on the activities your contractor carries out.  Central Industrial Cleaning Corp (CICC) will provide a complete log of all activities as well as a diagram of the system that was cleaned.

Our report includes a complete procedure, and any deviations thereof. The report will include starting times, contact times, temperature of the process and flow through each branch of the system.  All these items will be recorded and graphed as a function of time. All of these records are crucial when filling out reports for validation of processes for all of our clients.

We are a new company built from the ground up with your needs in mind. We have determined your needs based on the more than 10 years of technical and field experience of our principals.  We have a fully licensed engineering staff, and experienced supervisors for fieldwork. 

We are partnered with Central Waste Services, so that we can provide disposal of all wastes generated in chemical cleaning operations.  We have available a full fleet of vehicles equipped for transport of non-hazardous waste materials as well as the characterization of waste with certified environmental laboratories. We also offer environmental and abatement services.

We are also partnered with Central Industrial Services providing Industrial and Marine Sandblasting, and coatings application after cleaning of tanks, Thermal insulation installation and manufacturing, geotechnical consulting, power boiler repairs, and many other services.
